The Parade of Sail, part of the Norfolk Harborfest celebration. Held each June, this event is a favorite of boaters up and dowen the eastern seaboard. A real photo-op if you have a helicopter!
This unusal photograph captures a tall ship and several dozen smaller watercraft as they pass by the NMCP Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Patients at NMCP can view more photographs by Tim Rudziensky by visiting the Plastic Surgery wing. Approx twenty large murals are displayed there.
